A bill to repeal the sunset of the Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2001 with respect to the affordable education provisions of such Act, and for other purposes.

Amends the Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2001 to render its expiration date inapplicable to subtitles A through C of title IV (Affordable Education Provisions) of that Act.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code to make permanent the income tax deduction for certain expenses of elementary and secondary school teachers.
