The summary of that version is repeated here.)Foundation for the National Institutes of Health Improvement Act - Amends Public Health Service Act provisions regarding the National Foundation for Biomedical Research. Modifies the provision concerning funding for the Foundation to require the Director of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to transfer $500,000 to the Foundation annually from amounts appropriated to NIH.
