A resolution authorizing regulations relating to the use of official equipment.

Authorizes the Committee on Rules and Administration to issue regulations to authorize a Senator or officer or employee of the Senate to use official equipment for purposes incidental to the conduct of his or her official duties. Subjects the use to such terms and conditions as set forth in the regulations.
