Summary
Amends Federal military pay provisions to remove the requirement that, in order for enlisted members of the reserves who are selected to attend one of the military academy preparatory schools to continue to be paid at their enlisted pay rate, such members, prior to such selection, must have been on active duty for more than 30 days.
Allows such individuals to be paid at their enlisted rate or the rate provided for cadets and midshipmen, whichever is greater.
