Condemns in the strongest possible terms the July 11, 2006, terrorist attacks in Mumbai and Srinagar.
Expresses deepest condolences to the families and friends of those individuals killed in the attacks and expresses sympathies to those individuals who were injured.
Expresses: (1) solidarity with the government and people of India in fighting and defeating terrorism; and (2) support for the enhancement of U.S.-India relations, with the goal of combating terrorism and advancing international peace and security.
