Summary
YouthBuild Transfer Act of 2005 - Transfers the YouthBuild program from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to the Department of Labor.
Repeals authority for the HUD YouthBuild program under the Cranston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act.
