A bill to amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit the unauthorized disclosure of classified information.

Amends the federal criminal code to prohibit the intentional and unauthorized disclosure of classified information (information or material requiring protection against unauthorized disclosure for national security reasons). Imposes a fine and/or prison term of up to three years for violations.
