A concurrent resolution directing the Joint Committee on the Library to procure a statue of Rosa Parks for placement in the Capitol.

Requires the Joint Committee on the Library to: (1) procure a statue of Rosa Parks and cause it to be placed in a suitable location in the Capitol; and (2) consider all locations in the Capitol, including Statuary Hall, the Rotunda, and the Capitol Visitor Center.
