Calling for a comprehensive strategy to address the crisis in Darfur, Sudan, and condemning the ongoing assaults and obstruction by the Khartoum regime.

Urges the President, the Secretary-General of the United Nations, the African Union, regional governmental and nongovernmental actors, and other key members of the international community to pursue a comprehensive solution to crisis in Darfur, Sudan.

Calls upon the government of Sudan and armed parties in the region to declare a cessation of hostilities.
