Summary
Rural Health Access Act of 2009 - Amends the Public Health Service Act to: (1) increase the authorization of appropriations for the National Health Service Corps Scholarship and Loan Repayment Programs for FY2010-FY2012; and (2) authorize appropriations for such Programs for FY2013-2014.
