A bill to modify and extend the temporary suspension of duty on 9, 10-Anthracenedione.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to revise the heading of a specified chemical to provide for the temporary suspension of duty on mixtures of 2-tert-amyl 9,10-anthraquinone (CAS No. 32588-54-8) and 2-iso-amyl-9,10-anthraquinone (CAS No. 68892-28-4). Provides for the liquidation or reliquidation (refund of duties) on such chemicals that entered into the United States on or after January 1, 2007, and before the 15th day after enactment of this Act.
