A bill to modify and extend the temporary suspension of duty on certain emergency illumination lights designed for use in aircraft.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to revise the article description for certain aircraft wing illumination lights to suspend temporarily the duty on exterior aircraft lights for illuminating emergency escape routes and slides.
