A bill to modify and extend the temporary suspension of duty on certain seals designed for use in aircraft.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to revise the article description for seals of polyester fabric bonded over a silicone core for aircraft to suspend temporarily the duty on seals, made of silicone, or rubber, and either covered with, and/or containing, an embedded textile material for aircraft.
