Summary
Directs the Supreme Court to expedite the disposition of any action and appeal challenging the constitutionality of any provision of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act if a petition for writ of certiori is filed under Rule 11 of the Rules of the Supreme Court on or before the enactment of this Act.
