Summary
Directs the Secretary of Defense (DOD) to ensure that category 0 and category I special nuclear material of the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) is protected by the Armed Forces in accordance with the level of protection that is equivalent to the protection provided for nuclear weapons.
