A bill to amend the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users to include freight and passenger rail among eligible uses of funding under the coordinated border infrastructure program and to reauthorize that program.

Amends the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU) to make eligible for use of a state's apportionment of coordinated border infrastructure program funds certain improvements for the safe movement of freight and passenger rail at or across the borders between the United States and Canada and the United States and Mexico.

Reauthorizes the program through FY2015, indexed for inflation.
