Coordinated Overdose and Drug Epidemic Response to the Emergency Declaration Act or the CODE RED Act

This bill establishes a series of requirements for the Office of National Drug Control Policy relating to the administration of drug control grants, including the creation of a tracking system, performance metrics, application standardization, and a centralized electronic portal for such grants.
