Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives with respect to Ukraine, and for other purposes.

This resolution condemns Russia's attack and seizure of Ukrainian vessels and their crews in the Kerch Strait and other violations of Ukraine's sovereignty, and calls on the President and U.S. allies to hold Russia accountable for such actions.
