A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide for the treatment of certain cancer hospitals.

This bill exempts additional comprehensive cancer centers from the Medicare prospective payment system for inpatient hospital services. Additionally, such hospitals may not be denied certain exemptions applicable to hospitals-within-hospitals based solely on specified third-party control.
