A joint resolution relating to the disapproval of the proposed export to the Government of Qatar of certain defense articles and services.

This joint resolution prohibits the offer to sell to Qatar advanced medium range air-to-air missiles and various related parts and software, as outlined in the certification Transmittal No. 18-43 that was sent to Congress on November 28, 2018.
