Providing for congressional disapproval of the proposed transfer to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates of certain defense articles and services.

This joint resolution prohibits the issuance of certain manufacturing, technical-assistance, or export licenses, as described in specific license documents by the Department of State, to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
