Protecting Our Elderly Residents Act of 2020
This bill requires the Department of Housing and Urban Development to issue guidance limiting nonemergency and nonresident access to public housing and supportive housing for the elderly to limit the spread of COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019).
