To provide for expedited additional support under the farm and ranch stress assistance network, and for other purposes.

This bill directs the Department of Agriculture to award expedited additional grants for FY2020, within 60 days, to certain entities under the farm and ranch stress assistance network. Each awarded grant may not exceed $500,000. The bill also provides additional funding for the program.
