Summary
Police Accountability and Community Engagement Act of 2020 or the PAC Act
This bill authorizes the Office of Community Oriented Policing Services within the Department of Justice to make grants that facilitate organized dialogues to build trust, increase accountability, and reduce tension between the community and the police.
