To extend the availability of amounts under the Coronavirus Relief Fund.

This bill allows payments from the Coronavirus Relief Fund, which were made to states, tribal governments, and local governments, to be used to cover expenditures incurred through September 30, 2021. Currently, expenditures must be incurred before December 31, 2020.
