Summary
Protect Utah's Rural Economy Act
This bill prohibits the President from establishing or extending national monuments in Utah unless:
the proposed establishment or extension has been authorized by an Act of Congress, and the President has received a notice from the Governor of Utah that the state legislature has enacted legislation approving of the proposed establishment or extension.
