A joint resolution disapproving the President's proposal to take an action relating to the application of certain sanctions with respect to the Russian Federation.

This joint resolution expresses disapproval of the Office of Foreign Assets Control's report to Congress that it intends to terminate sanctions imposed on En+ Group plc, UC Rusal plc, and JSC EuroSibEnergo, companies connected to sanctioned Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska.
