Reaffirming the close partnership between the United States and the Republic of Kosovo.

This resolution expresses the sense that (1) the United States and Kosovo remain close partners, and (2) recognizing Kosovo as a sovereign, independent, democratic, multiethnic state within its recognized borders should remain U.S. policy.
