Summary

Workplace Overdose Reversal Kits to Save Lives Act or the WORK to Save Lives Act

This bill directs the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to take actions to make opioid overdose reversal medications available in workplaces.

Specifically, OSHA must issue regulations that require federal agencies to acquire and maintain opioid overdose reversal medications and offer voluntary annual training to employees on the use of the medications. OSHA must also issue nonmandatory guidance to private employers on the same topics.
